  My family and I were treated terrible by Chantel, the manager during a blizzard. I asked to dine in and she said "no I could not because it's against their policy to dine in with a carry out". I explained the weather and the situation at hand, in which she then ignored me completely. I asked again, and mentioned that we would pay to eat in if we could escape the blizzard. She said no and that it was against their policy. So we returned the food and I asked to speak to the franchise owner (the President of ME Pizza Huts) who I then called and told the story of our rude service. He was appalled and ensured me I should have been able to eat inside, and that they do not have a policy such as that. He credited my pizza Hut account at my local pizza hut to make up for the rude service. I have never been treated so cold by someone who expects me to eat the food they just made me!!
